Research network workshop for capacity building

Sponsored by the National Center for Research in Geography Education, this workshop will further capacity building initiatives in response to recommendations from the Road Map Project’s Research Committee. Participants, identified by the Grosvenor Center’s Inventory and Prospect Study, will be asked to report on a previously completed and submitted template identifying researchers, institutional support, active graduate programs in geography education, and a significant bibliography of prior and current research. Roundtable discussion will focus on expanding the national network for research in geography education.
